This article explains the cancellation policy for services outside of the 14-day Money-Back Guarantee (MBG) period
If you wish to cancel your services after the 14-day MBG period has expired, you are responsible for the cost of returning the device. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
When returning a device outside the 14-day MBG period, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Alternatively, you may wish to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking or proof of delivery. Therefore, using a trackable and/or insured shipping method protects you in case the package is lost or damaged in transit.
