A cellular router uses cell towers to deliver the connectivity. When in areas of degradaded signal strength it is important to follow the instructions below to ensure an enhanced device performance:
Change Location: Move your device closer to a window or a spot with a clearer line of sight to the nearest cell tower.
Power Cycle: Try turning your device off for 30 seconds, then back on to refresh the connection.
Be sure to keep your router placed near a window, not directly in front of any metal such as an air conditioner and higher up is preferable.
